This is a 2/3/4-thread serger, with 13 base stitches covering rolled hem, overcasting and flatlock. The looper area is LED-lit to see the thread path better during threading, which stays manual step by step. Differential feed (0.7–2.0) prevents wave-like puckering on stretch fabrics and gathering on lightweight ones.
The interior frame is metal and the bed plate stainless steel; the upper knife can be disengaged to sew without cutting, and cutting width is adjustable. The rolled hem is set with a lever, without changing the presser foot or the stitch plate. The free arm is built in, and the waste tray detaches for emptying.
It suits people who regularly finish seams on knits and fraying fabrics and want a sturdy serger without air threading: anyone after automatic looper threading should look elsewhere in the range.
