Data from official source

The PE900 is a single-needle embroidery machine built for regular embroidery work on different projects, without the sewing functions of a combo machine. The embroidery area is 5" x 7" and speed reaches 650 stitches per minute, with 193 designs and 13 ready-to-use alphabet fonts.

It connects to the home wireless network to receive embroidery files from a computer without going through a USB stick, though the USB port is still there for importing designs directly. The Artspira app adds the option to draw a pattern by hand on a smartphone and transfer it to the machine over wifi. The 3.7" LCD display lets you rotate, resize, move and combine designs before stitching.

It is a machine dedicated to embroidery only: it does not sew straight or decorative stitches like a combo machine, and anyone who also wants to sew garments needs a separate machine or a sewing-and-embroidery model.
