Data from official source

The Memory Craft 1000 is a sewing and embroidery combo built for people starting out with ambition: three hundred sewing programs come alongside 241 embroidery designs and twenty embroidery fonts, all reachable without sliding off the embroidery arm when switching back to sewing, a swap that other combos require physically removing the unit for. The embroidery area reaches 140 x 140 mm, with a free arm in that mode too, useful on sleeves and tubular garments.

The horizontal hook and a presser foot that lifts up to 12 mm let a few more layers through than you'd expect at this level. Thread tension stays manual, set according to the fabric, while foot pressure is adjustable and thread cutting is automatic. It's a compact machine, with a start/stop button for working without the pedal: suited to someone who wants sewing and embroidery together without a steep learning curve, not someone after a large embroidery area or top speed.
