The 435 is the entry point into BERNINA's electronic range: a 4.3" colour touchscreen for choosing stitches and settings, replacing the mechanical dials. The BERNINA Hook runs up to 900 stitches per minute and takes a Jumbo bobbin, which holds more thread and cuts down on interruptions during longer projects.
It has 651 patterns across practical, decorative stitches and three alphabets, stitch width up to 5.5 mm, and an automatic system that measures the buttonhole length and repeats it identically as many times as needed. The extendable free arm and the included extension table widen the work surface; the knee lever frees both hands to guide the fabric, and presser foot pressure adjusts to move from thin to thick fabric without switching machines.
