SewingSpecs does not sell and does not show shop prices: check the price where you buy.
The MC 6700P is a long-arm electronic machine for quilting and demanding sewing: a die-cast aluminium body with 255 mm of clearance to the right of the needle and 120 mm of height, and a redesigned motor that reaches 1200 stitches per minute. Needle threading is automatic and mechanical, the thread trimmer is electronic, and the knee lifter that raises the foot is standard, not a separate accessory. Thread tension and foot pressure are both set with a continuously variable dial, as on industrial machines.
Two hundred stitches spanning utility, stretch and decorative work, five alphabets and a 9 mm maximum stitch width cover most of a home-sewn wardrobe. The bobbin winder has its own motor, separate from the main one, and the seven-segment feed helps fabric move without snagging. It remains an electronic machine, not a computerized one: no touchscreen, selection goes through an LCD display and buttons.
