The JK-2290D is a high-speed industrial zigzag machine with digital adjustment: the pendulum that sets the zigzag width is dialled in digitally instead of by eye, and an LCD touch panel recalls saved patterns or records new ones without manual programming. It targets elastic trim, underwear, gloves and lingerie, where a zigzag stitch anchors an elastic edge or reinforces a seam under tension.
Oil reaches only the hook, from a sealed tank, while the needle bar and thread take-up lever run on micro-lubrication, so no oil stains show on light fabric. The scallop-stitch mirror function keeps the pattern's corner tidy when the sewing direction changes.
Thread trimmer, presser foot lifter, automatic tension release and thread wiper are optional extras, not standard: the base configuration leaves these functions manual.
